• This platform is strictly intended for serious marriage seekers. It is not a social networking, dating, or casual chat application. Any commercial, non-marriage, or casual use is strictly prohibited.

2. User Registration & Information Accuracy

• All information provided by users during registration—including age, qualification, marital status, sect, caste, and contact details—must be true, accurate, and complete.
• Independent Verification Required: Zoujj does not independently verify the background, integrity, or claims made by users. It is the sole responsibility of each user, along with their parents or guardians (Wali), to conduct complete background checks and independently verify all details before proceeding with any proposal or match.

3. Code of Conduct & User Safety

• Users must maintain the highest standards of Islamic adab (etiquette), respect, and modesty while interacting on the platform.
• Unsolicited behavior, harassment, vulgar language, fake profiles, or misrepresentation will result in immediate termination of the account.
• Zoujj reserves the absolute right to suspend or permanently ban any account without prior notice if a violation is reported.

4. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

• Individual Conduct Disclaimer: Neither Zoujj, its management, developers, nor any endorsing authorities are responsible for the personal conduct, false information, intention, or actions of any user on or off the platform.
• Post-Match Outcomes: Zoujj provides initial contact facilitation only. Zoujj and its endorsing scholars carry no legal, financial, or moral liability for marital outcomes, family disputes, or agreements reached between families independently.
• Role of Scholars & Religious Endorsements: Any endorsements, recommendations, or guidance provided by scholars or religious authorities on Zoujj pertain strictly to the platform’s overall sharia-compliant framework, privacy principles, and noble intent. Scholars endorsing the platform do not independently verify, guarantee, or take responsibility for the personal character, truthfulness, or conduct of individual registered users.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

• Zoujj respects your privacy and implements strict access protocols to protect personal data.
• Direct contact details are shared only when mutual consent is established, ideally under guardian oversight. Users agree not to screenshot, copy, or redistribute any member’s profile information or photos outside of this platform.

6. Modification of Terms

Zoujj reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those updates.
